Surface Finish Warranty

We warrant, to the original purchaser for residential installation, that the aluminium oxide Klumpp finish will not wear through or lack finish adhesion for 25 years, from the date of purchase. The warranty is reduced to 10 years for commercial locations.

This warranty is conditioned upon the evidence that the products were properly installed and maintained and not subject to any of the conditions described below.

Limitations on Liability Buyer's exclusive remedy and or sole liability on any claim shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective products which are proven to manufacturer's satisfaction to be defective or refund of purchase price only, at our option. We do not cover any associated costs such a s labour or any related materials. We are not responsible for any labor charges of any kind either in the reinstallation of in the dismantling and removal of products previously installed.
